THE CHALLENGE

SNCF Réseau needs to recruit non-executive staff with specific professional skills in all parts of France. For SNCF Réseau, the major problem is to generate a sufficient volume of applications for hard-to-fill positions.

The solution

SNCF Réseau used the Golden Bees tool for generating qualified applications from both active and passive candidate profile types.

Increased application volume:

Golden Bees advertises job postings using dynamic banners on social media and across the Internet, among an audience of Internet users corresponding to the profiles needed. Activating Golden Bees candidate data via our Candidate Management Platform, as well as using our technology for matching job postings with candidate profiles, allows for very precise targeting of Internet audiences.  This tool helps SNCF Réseau share their job postings with a larger audience of potential candidates and attract types of candidates that cannot be found on traditional recruitment sites.

Optimizing advertising spend on active candidate acquisition:

The Golden Bees platform allows SNCF Réseau to advertise their job postings on multiple sites, including all job aggregator sites on the market, in order to maximize the visibility of their postings. By setting up certain rules, recruitment campaigns are optimized based on the cost per target candidate and the application volume per position.

THE RESULT

The campaign resulted in the generation of a very satisfactory volume of CV submissions within a period of one month and a lower cost per candidate than that of other recruitment channels. The campaign's high conversion rate shows that the combination of SNCF's reputation with Golden Bees' visibility and engagement solutions results in a high level of candidate engagement with the postings.
