CHALLENGE

ING Luxembourg recruits in various professions with a highly developed expertise: Procurement Manager, Campaigns & Advertising Intern, Advisory Portfolio Manager, KYC Analyst, Private Banker Compliance Officer, Program Manager, Relationship Managers, Data Analyst… M/F

Luxembourg is a very competitive market, with a limited talent pool. In order to achieve the recruitment goals, which has been doubled in 2019, ING Luxembourg needs to harness and hire active but mostly passive candidates, beyond its borders.

SOLUTIONS

The automated technological platform of Golden Bees is linked to all the online advertising ecosystems and without any boundaries, whatsoever. This technology allowed ING Luxembourg to achieve its goal: hire qualified, active and passive candidates on the international market. Three acquisition levers were activated: aggregate employment (PPC), media site (DISPLAY) and social network(SOCIAL).

  • 1. The display and social network :
    Establish a place for displaying job offers, through dynamic banners on various medias and social networks, aimed at Internet users in keeping with the profiles that one is seeking. These two acquisition levers represent 40% of the total number of applications, which were received with a very efficient cost (10,40€/ application), highlighting the relevance of candidate targeting.
  • 2. Sponsored advertisements on job meta-engines :
    The Golden Bees platform has triggered multi-casting of job offers for ING Luxembourg, all along the aggregated job markets. Due to the implementation of rules, targeting candidates was adjusted throughout the campaign, to achieve a satisfying volume of applications, with all the offers.

RESULTS

The campaign that was carried out, came across genuine success. On the 19 published offers, ING Luxembourg was able to recover 576 qualified applications on rare profiles and in a stressed market. The constant metric analysis (candidate’s behavioral tendencies, acquisition levers, CPC…) helps adjust the talent acquisition strategy during the entire campaign, which allows ING Luxembourg to achieve its goals, while mastering its costs.
